ADHD + Me is a women's peer support group that I facilitate that currently meets up once a month in Tonbridge, Kent. It is a peer support group because the focus on this group is simply to bring women together as a community to share their experiences and to feel seen, heard and understood. I did not want to focus to be on my work or coaching but simply the bringing together of women and people who identity with women's experience of ADHD.

I like to collaborate with other local practitioners who can bring their expertise and knowledge as well, so occasionally we will have workshops or Q&A sessions with experts who can further support the women attending. Examples of this include a local Clinical Psychologist who gave a Q&A session on the ADHD and Autism assessment process and support following the assessment process and a workshop by a local ADHD Nutritionist who gave a workshop on the ADHD and eating behaviours.

I intend on expanding this group further in the future to include some online support groups to help people unable to get to the in person meet up to still be able to receive some peer support.
