Speaking
I’m passionate about bringing a different perspective to conversations around ADHD, neurodivergence, self-acceptance and the relationship between our brains, bodies and intuition.
I love creating spaces where we can explore neurodivergence with curiosity, compassion and a fresh perspective, and I’m always open to opportunities to speak, collaborate and contribute to projects that help broaden the conversation around ADHD and neurodivergence.
Here’s a little look at some of my speaking experience so far…
Autism and ADHD Show

London, June 2026
Talk title - ADHD Wellbeing: Integrating your identity to live authentically.
I was honoured to be a guest speaker at the Autism and ADHD Show, where I shared a different perspective on ADHD.
Rather than focusing on the external experience of ADHD, the behaviours, challenges and struggles that others might see, I explored our internal experience. How we often mould ourselves into what we believe others expect of us, whilst hiding or suppressing parts of ourselves that we feel are unacceptable.
I explored the cost of not living authentically, how years of masking, adapting and trying to fit in can leave us disconnected from who we really are. I looked at what can happen when we begin to understand and accept our whole selves and how this can create space for greater self-awareness, self-trust and authenticity.
Through a combination of lived experience, professional insight and reflection, I invited the audience to consider where they could live more authentically by learning to listen to their own inner voice and intuition and what might become possible when we learn to accept ourselves exactly as we are.
